Attorney William H. Curtis
Born in Thomaston, Georgia. Attorney William H. Curtis completed his undergraduate studies at Mercer University earning a bachelor’s in business administration and obtained his Juris Doctorate in 1984 from Mercer University School of Law. He is licensed in all State and Superior Courts throughout Georgia.
Excited to make a difference William started his own practice immediately after graduating Law School in 1984. Initiating his first office in downtown Atlanta, then settling in in the heart of Smyrna since 1999 to the present.
Fluent in English and Spanish William has a heart to help clients successfully navigate the Georgia legal system. He devotes 100% of his practice to representing victims who have been injured by others’ negligence.
With more than 40 years of experience, Attorney Curtis has devoted his entire career to the area of personal injury, workers compensation, wrongful death and catastrophic injury cases.
Attorney Curtis is a member of the State Bar of Georgia, the American Association of Justice, the Georgia Trial Lawyers Association, the American Bar Association, the Atlanta Bar Association and The National Trial Lawyers.
